At Modacresto.com, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn or unused)
- Have all tags still attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@modacresto.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including products intended for single-use (e.g., screen protectors). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, reach out to us.
Exchanges
To get a replacement, we recommend returning your current item first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@modacresto.com.
